Meet Your Inspector
Hi, I'm Kevin Brink, owner of Brink Inspections, based in Columbia, Tennessee. My journey into the world of construction began at a young age while working in my family's building supply business. That early experience led me to launch my first venture, Kevin's Music Shop, which helped shape my business and management skills.
In 2004, I began my career at an electrician, earning my diploma as a Journeyman and later receiving my Tennessee license as an LLE (Limited Licensed Electrician). After 2 decades in the electrical field, I made the decision to shift careers — using my technical knowledge and hands-on experience to help home buyers make informed decisions through home inspections.
I became a licensed Home Inspector in the State of Tennessee and am a proud member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). I also hold a CPI® (Certified Professional Inspector) designation and continue to pursue advanced certifications to expand the services I offer.
Brink Inspections is a locally owned, family operated business run by me — with the help of my wife Debbie. Together, we're here to provide honest, thorough, and timely inspections to help you feel confident about your investment.
