Meet Your Inspector
My name is Kevin Brink, and I am the Owner of Brink Inspections, LLC in Columbia, Tennessee. I started my journey in the construction industry at my family's building supply business. As a young adult, I started my own business , Kevin's Music Shop. This helped me develop business and management skills. In 2004, I began my career as an Electrician. I received my diploma as a Journeyman and then my State of Tennessee license as an LLE (Limited Licensed Electrician). After 20 years in the Electrical field, I decided to change careers and use my years of experience to educate and inform buyers about their investment by receiving my State of Tennessee Home Inspector License. Since then I have become a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and I have earned my Federal accreditation as a CPI® (Certified Professional Inspector) and I'm consistently working on obtaining new certifications to expand the range of services my business can offer.
